I'm still filing and sorting all the pictures I took this past week. So many different subjects from places around Conroe. The pictures from Oakwood Cemetery seem to be the best - filtered sunlight at sunrise.

Why walking through just a small portion of the cemetery I discovered all the headstones faced the the east - sunrise. Only a couple faced west and none faced north or south. It kind of made me wonder if that was unique to the mid to late 1800's. Modern cemeteries seem to have headstones faced all directions.
