 I read this morning that Houston is expected to sign Pudge Rodriguez to a one year contract worth up to $3 million. Houston had a once in a lifetime catcher in Craig Biggio. I would be developing the likes of J. R. Towles or scouting talent in their 20's - not late 30's.
